Below you will find the profile of each employee that you are in charge of. You must decide whom to let go, or how to fix your budget so that you are not over the next fiscal year.
Millie-a 59 year old employee who has been with the company for 22 years. She is a3 years away from retirement. Her annual salary is $26,000 a year. She works approximately 46 hours per week.
Jason-a 31year old widower with two sons, ages 8 and 6. He has a Master’s degree which is what has brought his salary up to $22,500 a year. He has only been with the company for four years. He works approximately 43 hours a week.
Lauri-a 19 year old, just a year out of high school and working full time during the day to attend college 9 semester hours per week at night. She is making $19,000 a year. Her mother recently passes away and she is trying to work some overtime to handle the funeral expenses.
Curtis-a 43 year old employee with seven children, 3 adopted, who is a computer specialist, bringing his salary up to $28,000 a year. Because of his many responsibilities at home Curtis often only works 35 hours a week.
Marc-26 year old disabled man who is confined to a wheelchair. He has worked for the company for 6 years, and has a very upbeat personality, often raising morale for the other employees because he has some physical limitations. Marc earns $24,000 a year.
